The SSIVD1800AP is the ideal machine when it comes to particle separation when collecting coolant and swarf in the engineering environment .
It is constructed from light weight, but very strong Structofoam material, and powered by two high performance By-pass Twinflo motors.
Each machine is fitted with a stainless steel mesh basket in a 30 litre drum. Particles with a size greater than 1mm are caught by this mesh basket while the liquid coolants can pass through freely. The coolant is collected in the 70 litre bottom tank, that can then be discharged using the fitted automatic pump system. Liquids and coolants are discharged via a 10 metre dump hose on a fully automatic operation.
The SSIVD come with a 38mm Multiflo BB7 wet kit, but can take hose sizes from 76mm down to 32mm.
