Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged tools (unless faulty)
- Items not in original condition
- Custom or special-order products
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos or videos showing the issue
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return costs
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, processing may already begin.
