The CleanMaster CM230 is a premium 30 gallon drum-mounted solvent parts washer made from heavy-duty galvanized steel for long lasting durability. It has a durable, baked on powder coated epoxy finish and spring-loaded door closures with 165°F fusible link. It is equipped with a ‘stay-put’ flexible metal hose which directs and holds power rinse where you want it with flow-through brush. The CM230 is for use with petroleum solvents with a flash point over 104°F. The CM230 is NOT for use with chlorinated solvents.

This solvent based model circulates the solvent continuously, including through it’s convenient stay put flexible steel spigot. Spigot also has a handy feature – you can adjust the control of the flow of the detergent. Crank it up for maximum cleaning capabilities on those tough jobs, and throttle it down for energy savings. Unit also features fusible link that will close the lid / cover automatically in the event of fire. Integrated drain valve allows for easy cleaning of unit, and the filtration is a premium feature that will extend the life of your cleaning agent, thus saving you money in the long run. First, there is a barrier filter to stop any particulates or heavy sludge from entering the pump intake valve. Add the optional cartridge filter assembly to really crank up the savings. And the less frequently you need to change out your detergent, the more money you save both on new detergent, and disposal fees. You can also expect rugged construction throughout – no flimsy gauge steel sheet metal here. We’re talking 14 and 16 gauge reinforced throughout unit. Powder coated finish – not just painted. Exposed edges are rolled for safety and strength. Corners are welded and smooth finished.
