The Chief CHR9200US Deluxe PNP90 Rivet Gun Kit is a pneumatic-hydraulic system for riveting, punching, and pressing our self-piercing rivets. The rivet gun is lightweight, highly efficient, and easy to use. The PNP90 Riveting Tool is the perfect solution for completing all common riveting operations in thin sheet metal structures. Ford-approved, the PNP90 riveting tool is specifically developed for riveting sheet metal in the autobody repair field. The rivet gun is a pneumatic-hydraulic system for riveting and pressing out self-piercing rivets.

The Chief CHR2001 Deluxe PNP90 Rivet Gun Kit includes everything in the Basic Rivet Gun Kit plus the NB 115 Rivet Clamp, NB 230 Rivet Clamp, and the F150 Mandrel Kit.

Specifically developed for riveting sheet metal in the autobody repair field, this rivet gun is a pneumatic hydraulic system which easily adapts various attachments for different applications. The hydraulic pump is pneumatically driven. The pressure intensifier, with a ratio of 100:1, delivers hydraulic output pressure of 8702 psi (600 bar) with input pressure of only 87 psi (6 bar). When the equipment’s preset final pressure is reached, the pump stops and maintains constant pressure, using a pneumatically controlled pressure regulator.

The deluxe tool kit contains the pneumo-hydraulic pressure intensifier, a hydraulic gun, an NB 40 rivet clamp, a fully equipped UN 2.0 Riveting Tool Kit, plus the NB 115 rivet clamp, NB 230 rivet clamp, and the F150 mandrel kit.
