The Ultra 600 produces 2.4× more pressure than the Ultra 250 — 600 PSI at 350°F versus 250 PSI — in the same 23″ × 18″ × 32″ chassis at 100 lbs. The higher pressure unlocks industrial degreasing applications where the Ultra 250’s 250 PSI is insufficient: packed grease on conveyor chains, road film on fleet vehicles, and equipment crevices where lower pressure steam cannot penetrate. Same 130,000 BTU/hr propane burner, same 1.5 GPM adjustable flow, same EPA clean-burn standard — just higher pressure output.

Ultra 600 Steam Temperature, PSI, and Propane Output

When the Ultra 250 isn’t enough pressure and the XL electric series isn’t practical without 3-phase power, the Ultra 600 fills the gap with propane-powered 600 PSI output usable anywhere with a propane supply and standard outlet.
