The 80-2200 fills the space between 100 PSI light-duty carpet extraction and 500 PSI hard surface pressure. Healthcare facilities, corporate offices, retail stores, and schools that need more solution penetration than 100 PSI delivers — but where 500 PSI exceeds what the carpet specification requires — are the primary environments for this model. At 112 lbs and without a heater, the 80-2200 is more manageable for a single operator than the heater-equipped 80-2200-H at 122 lbs. The 200 PSI pump is sufficient for most commercial loop pile and cut pile carpet specifications used in offices and healthcare corridors.
