The Ebac DD700 (10550GR-US) is the 220V, 3-phase variant of Ebac’s 231 PPD mid-range desiccant dehumidifier. Drawing 20A at 220V versus 10A at 460V, it delivers identical 7.5 kW output, 410 CFM process airflow, and -4°F minimum operating temperature. The stainless steel housing, washable PPS silica gel rotor, auto/manual controls, and integrated ammeter/hour meter are shared across both voltage variants. Selection between the 220V and 460V models is determined entirely by the site’s power distribution.

Choosing Between DD700 220V and 460V

The 10550GR-US (220V) and 10551GR-US (460V) are electrically equivalent in performance: 7.5 kW, 231 PPD, 410 CFM. At 220V, 20A is required; at 460V, only 10A. Higher voltage operation reduces conductor cross-section and line losses over long cable runs — which is why 460V is the standard in large industrial facilities.
