The Tornado Microburst is a battery-powered compact auto scrubber designed to replace mop-and-bucket cleaning in spaces where a standard walk-behind scrubber won’t fit. At 17.9″ wide and 40 lbs, it moves through standard 36″ doorways and navigates restroom stalls, retail aisles, and narrow clinic corridors without unloading accessories. Where a mop leaves hard floors wet for 15–20 minutes and pushes soil rather than removing it, the Microburst scrubs with dual counter-rotating brushes at 45 lbs of down pressure and recovers liquid through a squeegee system — leaving floors dry to the touch in a single pass. The 67 dB(A) operating noise level is low enough for occupied environments during business hours.

The dual counter-rotating brush design prevents the side drift that single-brush compact scrubbers produce — the forces cancel each other, so the machine tracks straight without the operator fighting to keep it on course.

TS040-W17-U Pad and Brush Compatibility

The TS040-W17-U ships with two 8.5″ standard brushes included. Optional mop pads are available separately for polishing or light scrubbing applications on smooth floor surfaces. The machine uses a magnetic brush attachment system — pads or brushes drop on and lock without tools.
