21.5″ Squeegee vs. 16″ Brush — Why the Recovery Path Is Wider

The squeegee width (21.5″) intentionally exceeds the brush width (16″) by 5.5″ to capture solution that splashes laterally during brush operation. A squeegee the same width as the brush would leave wet edges that require additional passes. The wider squeegee catches lateral spray, reducing the number of overlap passes needed and leaving floors dry in a single forward stroke.
