BD 30/20 Disk Scrubber — 30″ Walk-Behind for High-Productivity Commercial Cleaning

The BD 30/20 is the largest walk-behind disk scrubber Tornado makes, and the right choice when you’ve exhausted what a 26″ machine can do in a shift. Dual 15″ disk brushes cover a 30″ cleaning path while the same dual 350W brush motor platform and 570W vacuum motor deliver dry floors after a single pass. At 33,798 sq ft/hr theoretical productivity, a single operator can clean a 100,000 sq ft warehouse floor in under three hours — roughly 30% faster than the BD 26/20. The 300W traction-drive motor climbs ramps up to 10% grade with full tanks.

The additional 4″ of cleaning path over the BD 26/20 comes from larger 15″ disks running the same brush motor platform — so coverage increases without any added weight or complexity in the drive system.

What Ships in the Box

The BD 30/20 ships complete: one pad holder (part 48814020), an on-board 24V charger, and the battery set matched to the model ordered. Lead Acid (TS530-W30-UC) includes four 99506 6V Lead Acid batteries; AGM (TS530-W30-UG) includes four 99558 AGM batteries. Front and rear squeegees are installed. The 15″ pad driver with Mighty Lock (part TS530-W30-U compatible) is included.
