Warranty

Standard Arctic Air warranty covers 2 years parts & labor and 5 years for the compressor (parts only). Exceptions:

• ACP40, ACP48, ACP55, ACP63, ACP4SQ, ACP8SQ: 1-year parts & labor only
• AWR25, AWF25: 1-year parts & labor, 5-year compressor

Products installed outdoors, in mobile setups, or food trucks have a limited 1-year parts & labor warranty. Warranty is void for residential use.

Returns/Refunds/Damages

Customers must report shipping damages within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from shipment. Items returned without proper packaging or with damage may incur a restocking fee up to 25%.
