The 5th Generation MRCOOL® DIY® 9k BTU 23.6 SEER Ductless Heat Pump Single Zone Mini-Split Condenser is designed for DIY installation, allowing homeowners to efficiently heat or cool spaces up to 350 sq. ft. without the need for specialized tools or professional assistance. This unit comes with a pre-charged 25-foot QuickConnect® line set filled with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuuming and reducing both installation time and labor costs.
The DIYPRO® cable replaces traditional electrical conduit, offering enhanced durability and protection against outdoor elements, animals, and yardwork damage. You can easily control the system with the included remote, the SmartHVAC app for Apple and Android devices, or by using voice commands via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
The Gold Fin® Condenser offers superior corrosion resistance, making it especially suitable for coastal homes and areas with harsh weather conditions. With several modes and features, this system maximizes both comfort and efficiency. The Timer function helps manage energy use, while Auto mode keeps the system at your desired temperature without requiring manual adjustments. After a power outage, the system will automatically restore previous settings, and the anti-mildew function reduces excess condensation, preventing mold growth inside the air handler.
