The HD Ramps Folding Four-Ramp System mounts permanently to box trucks to streamline loading and unloading of commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers. Instead of setting up and removing separate ramps each time, this integrated system folds up and down easily, supported by dual gas shocks, and locks securely in place during transport. The truck door remains fully operable and unaffected by the ramp.

Built in the USA from high-strength, lightweight aluminum, the system features the exclusive EZ Traction punch-plate surface for superior grip in any weather. A tapered knife foot and deep-lipped top plate ensure a smooth, stable transition onto and off the ramp. All four ramp sections are connected to move as a single unit, supporting up to 3,000 lbs. per axle.

Adjustable compression gas shocks offer safer performance than traditional extension springs and can be tuned to increase or decrease lifting effort. Once upright, the ramp latches to the truck using corrosion-resistant aluminum brackets and stainless-steel keepers. The latches can be padlocked (padlock not included) for added security.

Usage Guidelines

Installation requires drilling into the truck box. Included mounting hardware accommodates most setups. The flat mounting plate measures 4″ long (6″ including the hinge). Some applications may require cutting a clearance hole for the truck’s door latch. Refer to the installation manual for full details. Zero-turn mowers must be loaded backward. Maximum load height is 42″.
