These dual-purpose aluminum ramps can be used for loading heavy equipment or turned on their sides to function as load levelers.
Ramp width varies based on your step deck height to ensure a proper fit when used as load levelers.

Load Leveler Spacers

Designed for 24” and 26” high step decks, these spacers ensure the correct height alignment for your load.
Each kit includes the appropriate size spacers, placed on top of the load levelers before the lumber clip and dunnage.

Lumber Clips

Secure your lumber and protect your cargo from scratches or damage.
Lumber clips attach to the load levelers and hold wood planks firmly in place.
Each kit includes three (3) lumber clips per load leveler.

Note: Always use wood planks that are true to size for a safe and snug fit.

Stake Pocket Supports

Keep your load levelers securely positioned during transit.
Stake pocket supports fit into standard stake pockets, allowing you to customize load leveler placement.
Each kit includes two (2) stake pocket supports per load leveler.
A chain can be passed over the top to secure them and the load levelers in place.

Maximize your trailer’s hauling capacity with this affordable, lightweight, and safe ramp system.
Each ramp can be turned on its side and inserted into adjustable stakes that fit standard stake pockets, ensuring compatibility with all 102″ wide step deck trailers (97″–98″ W inside measurement) — no modifications required.

To install, simply slide the pin-on end of the ramps into the stake pockets, chain them down with load binders, and create a high-capacity, heavy-duty loading system for your long loads.

Usage Guidelines

• Rated at 20,000 lbs. per axle — never exceed the maximum load capacity.
• Not recommended for mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles.
• Always use true 6″ wide lumber (2x8s cut down) for load leveling.
• Never use load levelers without lumber to avoid ramp damage and ensure a level load.
