Its diamond plate drive-on runways deliver excellent traction, while the generous 84.5-inch lifting height (80” clearance) offers ample clearance for vehicle storage or undercar maintenance.   With an overall lift length of 189 inches and approximately 214.96 inches including the approach ramps   and 113 inches in overall width, it’s easy to confirm compatibility with your available space prior to installation.

The adjustable lock ladders allow you to select the ideal working height, and the synchronized cable-and-pulley system ensures both runways rise evenly and smoothly with every lift. For added flexibility, the power unit column can be mounted on the left, right, front, or rear—whichever best suits your garage or shop layout.

To eliminate extra costs and setup delays, the KT-4H950 is delivered fully equipped with ramps, a caster kit, a jack tray, and three drip trays, making it ready for immediate use.

Important Note

This lift may be installed with or without anchoring. If anchoring is chosen, the concrete slab must be at least 3.93 inches (100 mm) thick and rated at 3,000 PSI minimum. Installing the lift on inadequate or weak concrete may result in serious injury or death. Always verify that your concrete meets these requirements before installation.
