The Autel IA1000AST All-Systems ADAS Calibration & Wheel Alignment System bundles the IA1000 robotic calibration frame, the MaxiSYS Ultra S2 advanced diagnostics tablet with MaxiFlash VCMI2, physical LDW targets, and the full All-Systems calibration equipment package into one workflow. Position the frame inside the on-screen green Distance and Offset tolerances, click Next, and the system robotically handles forward-facing target placement, crossbar pitch, roll, yaw, and front-to-back fine-tuning — reducing manual setup and first-time calibration error.

Six high-definition cameras, laser-guided AVM, ACC, BSD, and NVS pattern positioning, and automated unlevel floor compensation work alongside the MaxiSYS Ultra S2 to deliver four-wheel alignment, pre- and post-scan reports, and static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on U.S., Asian, and European vehicles — in a single system and single workflow.

5-Way Robotic Forward-Facing Target Positioning

The IA1000 automates target placement front-to-back, vertical, and horizontal, plus crossbar pitch, roll, and yaw — five axes of robotic adjustment off a single button press. The technician positions the frame within tolerances, the system handles the rest.

Optical Camera & Laser-Guided Floor Pattern Positioning

Six HD positioning and tracking cameras map vehicle and frame position. Automated laser guides place AVM, ACC, NVS, and BSD floor patterns the same way every time — faster setup, fewer rework cycles from misplaced targets.

Unlevel Floor Compensation

Select level floor, unlevel floor, or on-rack from the tablet. The system compensates for the selected surface condition rather than failing the calibration — level flooring is otherwise one of the environmental factors required for successful ADAS calibration.

Validated Target Positioning & Pre/Post-Scan Reporting

Every calibration produces a documented target-position report with OEM-sourced procedures. Digital Go-No-Go confirmation blocks advancement when an element is out of spec. Pre- and post-scan reports cover faults, OE-required calibrations, and confirmation that work was performed to OE specifications — the documentation insurers, sublets, and vehicle owners expect.

Advanced Alignment Data Beyond Camber/Caster/Toe

It covers U.S., Asian, and European vehicles from 1996 onward with active tests, special functions, coding, and adaptations, plus Topology 3.0 for OE-style multi-network system analysis and Active Module and Network Analysis to locate and ping ECUs directly.

Remote Expert & Guided ADAS for OE-Locked Work

Remote Expert is a cloud-based path to OE software and qualified technicians when active OE subscriptions aren’t economical for the shop. Guided ADAS pairs the MaxiSYS tablet with a local laptop and OE subscription or OE tool for late-model calibrations — using Autel’s optical positioning with current OE coverage.

Optional Digital LDW Target Monitors

The IA1000AST ships with physical LDW targets. The system also accepts 27″ attachable digital target monitors (sold separately) that auto-project calibration-specific targets, self-adjust screen brightness for shop lighting, and update OEM coverage over the air. Adding monitors later replaces physical target storage and trims setup time further.
