The Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT is a true 8,000 LB. four post lift. The Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT incorporates many of the great features of both the Atlas Garage Pro 8000 and the Atlas Garage Pro 9000.

Many of our customers drive an SUV or pick up truck and wanted a storage lift that would “go higher” to allow them to park their taller vehicles under the elevated ramps.

Many of our competitors sell “taller” lifts. However, their “taller” lifts also have longer runways. Our customers requested that we make a lift which lifts higher, but does not need to have longer ramps. (Longer ramps take up needed garage space). Most customers want to store a car on top and park a SUV or pick up truck below. There is no need for longer ramps. Our Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT ramps will accommodate a vehicle with a 156 inch wheel base. The Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT has been engineered to provide 79″ of clearance UNDER the bottom of the raised runway, but keep the runway length to just less than 14 feet long.

If you need the extra lifting height of the Atlas Garage Pro 9000, but do not need the extra width and runway length provided by that lift, then the NEW Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT is the perfect choice.

The Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT is capable of lifting your pick up truck or car 84 1/4 inches. This above ground lift is the perfect choice for storing your vehicle. The extended height feature of the Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT Plus makes this lift the perfect choice for parking taller vehicles under stored vehicles.

The Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT comes standard with a powerful 110 volt power unit. A 30 amp breaker is required. The portable Atlas Garage Pro 8000EXT includes a caster kit with polyurethane wheels. The caster kit can be installed or removed in just a matter of minutes and requires no tools.

All Atlas portable four post lifts (8,000 lb. capacity) are designed and built for use by Mr. Homeowner or restoration shop. These lifts are not designed to work in commercial repair shops that raise and lower a lift several times per day. Single Point Lock Release – This Atlas Storage Lift has a manual single point release that allows the operator to release all the safety locks at one time. The spring loaded lock handle and power unit dump valve must be activated at the same time. (two hand operation) If the lock handle is released and the dump valve handle is still being pressed, the lift will continue to descend and all locks will automatically re-engage at the next lower lock point.

Double Lock Safety System – This Atlas Lift locking system offers a unique two position locking mechanism found only in commercial grade cable style four post lifts. The Double Lock Safety System is found exclusively on the Atlas Garage 408SL, Atlas Garage 409HP, Atlas Garage Pro 8000, the Atlas Garage Pro 9000, and the Atlas ST-7000. The Double Lock Safety System is designed to ensure that if a lifting cable becomes slack (for any reason), the secondary locking mechanism automatically engages. This Double Lock Safety System is found only on other four post above ground lifts costing hundreds of dollars more.

Lock Ladder Column Design – This Atlas Lift has a commercial grade lock ladder. We believe that the lock ladder system is the safest locking system for any four post lift. The lock ladder system also provides an infinite number of runway locking positions. The “old-style” welded locks could not be adjusted. The lock ladder is adjustable inside the column so that our customers can “micro-manage” the correct runway height to accommodate any vehicle. The “lock ladder” column system is the same column system found on professional grade lifts found in car dealerships and automotive service centers.

Includes Caster Kit with Polyurethane Caster Wheels – This Storage Lift comes standard with polyurethane wheels on the caster kit. These no-mark wheels allow the operator to roll the lift over an expensive epoxy floor with little risk of damage. Even if you have and old concrete floor, the polyurethane wheels on this lift make it easier to roll than the caster kit with the steel wheels. The caster kit can be installed or removed in just a matter of minutes and requires no tools.

Includes Approach Ramps – The included steel approach ramps can be easily removed by raising the lift to waist height, then lifting the ramps out. Each steel approach ramp weighs 46 lbs.

Includes Heavy Duty Jack Tray – The sturdy jack tray allows for the use of floor jacks or bottle jacks to raise part of any vehicle positioned on the lift. The versatile Jack Tray is also great for holding tools when working under a vehicle or as a catch tray when changing fluids or replacing parts. The jack tray features a heavy duty design for safe, reliable support. The jacking tray can also be easily moved from one end of the lift to the other so you can position it where necessary for each job.
