True Manufacturing – General Foodservice, model TFP-72-30M-D-6, is a three-section Sandwich/Salad Unit designed with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration. It features a stainless steel insulated lid and an 8″ deep by 1/2″ thick cutting board for convenient food prep. This unit includes six drawers, each capable of holding one 12″ x 20″ x 6″ deep pan along with either three 1/9 size pans or six 1/6 size and three 1/9 size pans (pans not included). The top section comes equipped with thirty 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans.
Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, the unit also features an aluminum back and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor for added durability and ease of cleaning. Mobility is provided by 2-1/2″ castors. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, it operates on 115v/60/1-phase power, drawing 5.1 amps, and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cULus listed, UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
