• Lumber Clips – Securely attach to the load levelers to hold wood planks in place and prevent surface damage to your cargo. Each kit includes three clips per load leveler.
• Stake Pocket Supports – Keep load levelers stable by locking them into the trailer’s stake pockets. Each kit includes two supports per load leveler.

Maximize the hauling potential of your 102″ W step deck trailer with this versatile, lightweight, and safe ramp and load leveler system. Designed for 16″ upper step drops, the system provides a heavy-duty 20,000 lb. per axle capacity to handle demanding loads safely.

Each ramp can easily convert into a load leveler by turning it on its side and inserting it into the adjustable stakes, which fit into standard truck stake pockets. This universal fit ensures compatibility with all 102″ wide step deck trailers (97″–98″ W measured inside stake pockets) — no modifications required.

Simply slide the pin-on end of the ramps into the stake pockets, chain them down with load binders, and your high-capacity loading system is ready.

Usage Guidelines

• Rated at 20,000 lbs. per axle — never exceed the maximum load capacity.
• Not recommended for use with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles.
• Always use true 6″ wide lumber (2x8s cut down) for load leveling.
• Do not use load levelers without lumber to avoid ramp damage and ensure a level load.
