Ramps / Load Levelers
These versatile ramps can be used for loading or turned on their sides to function as load levelers. The ramp width adjusts according to your step deck height to ensure the perfect fit when used as load levelers.

Lumber Clips
Designed to attach to the load levelers, lumber clips hold planks in place to prevent scratching or damage to your cargo. Always use true-to-size wood planks for a secure fit. Each kit includes three (3) lumber clips per load leveler.

Stake Pocket Supports
Stake pocket supports secure your load levelers in place by locking them at the stake pocket locations, allowing flexibility in positioning. Each kit includes two (2) stake pocket supports per load leveler. A chain is passed over the top to secure the levelers and your load during transit.

With a 23,500 lb. per axle rating, these ramps handle heavy equipment loads with confidence. When used as load levelers, the ramps are turned on their sides and inserted into the adjustable stake pockets, fitting all 102″ wide step deck trailers (97″–98″ W inside stake pockets) without modification.

Installation is simple:

1. Slide the pin-on end of the ramps into the stake pockets.
2. Chain them down using load binders.
3. You’ve created a high-capacity, stable load leveling system ready for long hauls.

Usage Guidelines

• Rated at 23,500 lbs. per axle
• Never exceed the maximum axle capacity
• Not recommended for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, or steel track vehicles
• Always use true 5″ wide lumber (2×6 cut down) for load levelers
• Do not use load levelers without lumber — this ensures safety and prevents ramp damage
