EVA Foam Tool Storage System

Each BOXOusa tool set supplied with our EVA foam tool storage solution is carefully arranged and engineered to maximize space for optimal tool organization. Every BOXO tool set housed in EVA foam fits precisely into our toolboxes or tool cabinets, keeping tools organized and preventing movement during transportation. All tools are digitally scanned using a CAD system, and a computer-controlled routing machine cuts each cavity to the exact tool shape to maximize space efficiency. The dual-color red and black EVA foam provides clear visual contrast, allowing for quick inspection and easy return of tools to their proper locations.

Tool Design and Finish

The mirror chrome finish protects the tools from corrosion, cleans easily, and provides a professional appearance. The set includes 1/4″ and 3/8″ drive 90-tooth ratchets, extensions, and 12-point sockets. The combination wrenches feature smooth jaw open ends, 12-point box ends with positive grip, and a 15° offset to improve clearance and ease of use in tight spaces. Each wrench is marked with its size on both sides for quick identification. Screwdrivers and pliers are designed with ergonomic handles to enhance comfort and provide additional grip during use.
