The Atlas® Platinum PTC500 center post tire changer is engineered for high-volume tire shops that regularly handle the most demanding wheel and tire combinations on the market.
The Atlas® Platinum PTC500 features several patented innovations that distinguish it from competing models. The first is the “Lever/No-Lever System,” allowing the operator to use a traditional tire tool/lever or switch to a fully leverless mode that eliminates the need for manual tools. The second key feature is the “Smart Lock” system, which enables the tire to be mounted and securely locked in place with a simple flip of a lever—removing the need to manually thread a center cone or manage a complex pneumatic locking system.
An external bead seating system simplifies inflation of even the most difficult tire assemblies. Additionally, the integrated wheel lift helps minimize operator strain and reduces the risk of damage to high-value wheels.
This package includes three of the most popular accessories for the Atlas® Platinum PTC500: the double-sided cone, the cone adapter kit, and the reverse mount kit. These additions expand the machine’s capability to service a broader range of wheel and tire configurations.
