Description

The Atlas® 500 Spray Wash Cabinet is an ideal solution for cleaning automotive components in professional repair environments. Its heavy-duty turntable supports up to 1,000 lbs., accommodating everything from small parts to complete automobile or light truck engines. Cut-out sections beneath the door allow an engine crane to roll directly over the turntable, simplifying loading and unloading procedures. Equipped with 19 high-pressure spray nozzles, the unit efficiently removes grease and contaminants from parts positioned on the turntable, mounted on the parts tree, or placed inside the included basket. A built-in 60-minute timer enables unattended operation, allowing technicians to perform other tasks during the cleaning cycle. When the cycle is complete, parts emerge clean and dry within seconds. The system operates using heated water and biodegradable detergents—no harsh solvents—making it environmentally responsible. A stainless-steel skimmer disc is included as standard equipment to help extend the life of the cleaning solution.

Its octagonal, full-access door design exposes more than 55% of the turntable surface for improved accessibility during loading. Constructed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel and reinforced for structural integrity, the cabinet is finished with a two-step primer and polyurethane coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. Additional features include user-friendly controls, stainless-steel spray nozzles, a high-performance 43 GPM pump, and a gasket-free door configuration.
