Description
The Atlas® TTC306 builds upon the Atlas® TTC303 platform with several upgraded features. A remote control system allows the operator to automatically position the bead breaker disc and mount/demount head. This heavy-duty truck tire changer is engineered to service rim sizes from 14″ to 56″ and tire diameters exceeding 97″. It can handle tires up to 53″ in width, making it well suited for agricultural and earthmoving applications. The Deluxe TTC306 offers capabilities comparable to truck tire changers priced above $20,000.
Standard operation is managed through a wired remote console, with an optional wireless configuration available. The wireless upgrade eliminates cords on the shop floor and allows the control console to be positioned anywhere within the service area.
This model has been distributed globally, incorporating design elements developed through a previous collaboration between a respected Italian wheel service manufacturer and a leading Asian equipment producer.
The Atlas® TTC306 is intended for high-volume truck, agricultural, and mining tire facilities that require dependable, heavy-duty equipment. It is ideal for commercial truck tire centers servicing over-the-road assemblies while also demanding the capacity to handle agricultural and off-road wheel assemblies. The TTC306 efficiently manages off-road, agricultural, super single, and skidder tires.
