The CEMB DWA1100 comprehensive system offers eight wireless and robust camera CCD sensors with lightweight wheel clamps to support a four-wheel alignment system. Unit complete with new cabinet, computer control system, sensors and all accessories required for alignment operations. CCD (Charged Coupled Device) sensor technology, featuring state-of-the-art electronic components enables a quick and accurate measurement of all alignment parameters by simply following a procedure field tested through many years of experience. The design is state-of-the-art electronics with efficient software to align the vehicle without any excessive key-closures. Efficiency coupled with a flexible alignment path reduces time spent on vehicle.

30+ Year Vehicle Database – The new vehicle model ranking system allows a rapid and clear selection of the different vehicles. The CEMB database contains more then 55,000 vehicles and is constantly updated.

Lithium Batteries – Featuring a long durability when batteries are charged. Charges last up to 24 hours with regular use. The batteries are immune to the “memory effect” and can be recharged at any time.

2.4Ghz WiFi Radio Communication – The radio communication between sensors and computer uses a frequency of 2.4 GHz. This technology features a stable and reliable communication over a lengthy period. There are 7 different channel communications available which can be useful in cases of multiple installations and/or solving interference problems.

MEMS Accelerometer – Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems shock-proof silicon accelerometer. Together with the CCD cameras, the MEMS accelerometer (derived from the aeronautical field), provides the acquisition of the alignment parameters of wheels. It measures the sensor inclinations according to the two main axles (caster and camber). The accelerometer has completely substituted the previous pendulum-type inclinometers which were very delicate and sensitive to shocks. No more problems due to shocks.

Dedicated Electronics – The system features an industrial type computer, Windows based, solid state SSD Sata, USB interface. No moving parts (DVD/CD) that can cause problems. Direct Shut-Down technology.

User-Friendly Software – Features very clear and user-friendly graphics. The software system, entirely developed by CEMB, guides the user through all the alignment operations. Complete with AUDIT function for the identification of driving problems, resulting from measures not contemplated in the specifications to support the regulation service.
