The CEMB ER65 Automatic Video Wheel Balancer with 17″ monitor and intuitive graphical display which, combined to its ergonomic weight tray, conveys prestige to the tire shop and transmits a sense of efficiency and professionalism to end users. Features include LA Sonar, Automatic Approach, Laser Pointer, Electromagnetic Brake, and Manual Locking.

• The ErgoFast range of balancing machines has been developed to offer the operator the best possible working conditions.
• The automatic gauge enables detection of distance and diameter (up to 28″ rims) with relative activation of desired balancing program (clip-on or stick-on weights).
• Once the measuring launch is completed, thanks to the Automatic Approach system, the wheel automatically stops around 15° from the exact point of application of the counterweight, allowing the operator to position it correctly with a little movement.
• Wheel locked in position for weight applications through electric brake and laser beam indicating position guarantee an easy and extremely quick balancing operation.
• The LA Sonar for width measurement enables an immediate entry of all necessary wheel data.

Automatic Approach To Correction Position
To facilitate and speed up the calibration procedure, CEMB has introduced the automatic approach to the correction position on all balancing machines equipped with electric brake that are not provided with automatic positioning system. Once the measuring launch is completed, the wheel automatically stops around 15° from the exact point of application of the counterweight, allowing the operator to position it correctly with little movement. After the first plane correction, pressing “start” the wheel will be repositioned around the second correction point.
