Denray’s Automated Cartridge Filter Cleaner

Denray’s Automated Cartridge Filter Cleaner delivers a more thorough cleaning by combining three methods: vibration, compressed air, and rubber fingers. To operate, place the cartridge filter inside the unit and power it on. The automated cycle begins immediately, rotating the filter throughout the cleaning process. The machine continues to run until it is manually powered off. Cleaning duration varies depending on the level of contamination; however, the average cleaning time is typically 3–5 minutes per filter, as determined by the operator.

After several filters have been cleaned, open the rear access door and use the supplied paddle to push remaining dust toward the dust collection opening. This allows debris to be captured in the dust collection bag located on the side of the machine for convenient disposal.

Maintenance Notes

Please note that the dust collector mounted on the side of the machine must be emptied as the dust collection bag fills. In addition, a 12″ x 12″ x 1″ filter located on top of the unit will require replacement as it becomes loaded with dust.

This unit is not designed to clean smoke residue from filters. For smoke applications, Spunbond filters are recommended and should be washed instead.
