Description

Professional 10″ Floor Machine for Restrooms, Stairs, and Tight Spaces at 66 dB

The Hawk Enterprises Mighty Mini 10″ (F60-10ST-24) runs a 1.0 HP dual-capacitor AC motor at 165 RPM through triple-planetary XHD 11:1 gears in a 70-lb chassis. The 10-inch form factor reaches inside bathroom stalls, under fixtures, along stair risers, and into corners where 13-inch and larger machines cannot fit. Three handle configurations — 24-inch, 48-inch standard, and 36–48-inch telescoping — adapt the machine to different operators and spaces.

Motor, Size, and Handle Configuration Specs

  • 1.0 HP dual-capacitor, 5.9A, 10″ working path — delivers full commercial-grade torque in a 10-inch form factor; the dual-capacitor motor starts reliably under load without the start-current spikes of single-capacitor designs.
  • Three handle options: 24″, 48″, telescoping 36″–48″ — the 24-inch handle (default F60-10ST-24 model) is designed for restroom work where swing clearance is limited; the telescoping variant adjusts for operators of different heights without hardware.
  • 10″ pad driver, 9″ pad size — standard pad sizes are widely available; the 10-inch driver accepts 9-inch floor maintenance pads from all major manufacturers.
  • 66 dB, GS42 compliant — qualifies for occupied-building use in healthcare, hospitality, and education where noise budgets are contractually specified.
  • 35-ft cord, dual steel triggers with thumb safety — 35-ft commercial cord covers typical restroom footprints from a corridor outlet; dual-trigger and thumb-safety configuration prevents inadvertent activation.

Spaces Where the Mighty Mini Operates

Commercial restroom cleaning crews use the Mighty Mini to scrub tile floors inside stall cubicles, around base fixtures, and along coved base transitions where 17-inch and larger machines cannot maneuver. Stairwell maintenance in office buildings, hospitals, and hotels relies on the short handle and compact footprint to clean individual stair treads and landings. Facility maintenance technicians use it for spot-scrubbing localized stains and floor deterioration in kitchen corners, equipment access areas, and building entry vestibules. Janitorial contractors in school buildings run it for restroom and shower-room floor maintenance where the 10-inch size reaches the full floor without hand-scrubbing. Optional dust collection kits expand its use to controlled surface-prep applications in confined work areas.
