The Hawk F95-17-DB 17″ Glide 360 DBC WD Professional Floor Machine combines a floating-head Wheels Down frame design with a 360-degree dust pickup system for dry sanding, blending, and scuffing on concrete, VCT, wood, and stone surfaces where dust control is mandatory. The 1.0 HP, 56-frame dual-capacitor powder-coated AC motor drives XHD 11:1 helical-cut gears to deliver 165 RPM, while the floating head ensures 100% pad-to-floor contact on uneven surfaces. Two included 10 lb removable weights allow operators to adjust pad pressure for different tooling and surface hardness levels.
F95-17-DB Floating Head and 360° Dust System
- 360° Dust Collection System — full-perimeter shroud captures abrasive dust at the pad surface; connects to standard shop vacuum via the handle-mounted vacuum port
- Floating-Head WD (Wheels Down) frame — ball-and-socket head mount allows the pad driver to follow floor undulations, maintaining even pressure across the entire 16″ pad diameter on unlevel concrete
- Two 10 lb removable weights (included) — adds up to 20 lb of additional pad pressure for coarser abrasive tooling; remove for light blending and scuffing with fine pads
