The KwiKool KB80L1 KoolBreeze is a portable industrial evaporative cooler built for warehouses, loading docks, outdoor events, garages, and any large open space where refrigerated air conditioning is not practical. It uses water evaporation — not refrigerant — to deliver 4,900 CFM of cooled, humidified airflow across an 18-inch fan with automatic swing louvers. No ducting, no compressor, and no dedicated electrical circuit required beyond a standard 110V outlet. Made in USA.
KB80L1 Cooling Output and Airflow
The 18-inch, 3-blade nylon/fiberglass fan runs at up to 1,380 RPM and moves 4,900 CFM in free-air conditions, covering spaces up to 1,700 sq. ft. with effective cooling. Automated swing louvers distribute airflow across a wide zone without manual repositioning. An ice door allows users to add ice directly to the 16-gallon water tank for additional cooling effect in high-ambient-temperature conditions. Sound level at operating distance is 55 dB — suitable for environments where noise is a consideration. Airflow projection reaches up to 49 feet from the unit face.
KB80L1 Water System and Construction
The 16-gallon polyethylene tank holds enough water for extended operation between refills. The polyethylene frame construction resists corrosion and UV degradation in outdoor and semi-outdoor environments. A canvas cover is included for storage or transport protection. Operating temperature range is 32°F to 113°F, making it usable in both cool and very hot ambient conditions. The unit ships on its own pallet; dimensions are 19″ × 53″ × 20″ with a 99-lb empty weight (231 lbs fully loaded with water).
