1,800 CFM HEPA Air Scrubber with UVC and Bi-Polar Ionization for Large Spaces

The KwiKool KBX1800 BioAir Max is the highest-output model in the BioAir Max line, combining 1,800 CFM of airflow with HEPA filtration, dual UVC germicidal lamps, and a needle-point bi-polar ionizer. It achieves 6 air changes per hour in spaces up to 2,000 sq. ft. at 9-foot ceilings per CDC guidance — the same coverage as the KBP1800, with the addition of active ionization for in-space treatment beyond the airstream. ETL and CETL listed. Made in the USA.

KBX1800 Airflow, Filtration, UVC, and Ionization

The centrifugal direct-drive fan delivers 1,800, 1,675, or 1,550 CFM at zero static pressure (all openings active) across three speeds; with one discharge opening closed, output is 1,600, 1,375, or 1,250 CFM. All four discharge directions remain selectable without repositioning. The 4-inch HEPA filter captures 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and larger. Dual UVC lamps provide continuous germicidal irradiation of the filter face and airstream. The needle-point bi-polar ionizer extends pathogen and particle control into the surrounding space beyond the primary airflow footprint. Compatible replacement filters: 18-FILTERBIO (4″ HEPA) and 18-FILTERPRE (pre-filter) — different filter size than the 600 and 1000 CFM models. The standard 12-inch stainless steel top discharge flange accepts HEPA duct connections; the optional CK-12S-SS ceiling kit allows overhead mounting.
