The Mi-T-M HMT-4004-0MGV is a trailer-mounted hot water pressure washer rated at 4000 PSI and 3.7 GPM, powered by a 408cc Vanguard OHV engine with a General pump. It produces 343,000 BTU/hr through a 12V Beckett burner and 4-pancake heat exchanger on a reinforced powder-coated steel frame. DOT approved, it tows with a standard 2-inch ball hitch and includes a 10.0-gallon burner fuel tank, 50-foot wire-braided hose, dual lance, and quick-connect nozzles.

Pressure and Heating Performance

• Pressure: 4000 PSI at 3.7 GPM — sufficient for fleet washing, construction site degreasing, and heavy equipment cleaning.
• Heating: 343,000 BTU/hr — raises water temperature significantly above ambient for hot water cleaning advantage on grease, oil, and biological contamination.
• Engine: 408cc Vanguard OHV — reliable air-cooled gasoline engine with remote start and 12V electric start (battery not included).
• Pump: General — adjustable pressure unloader, forged brass manifold, thermal relief valve for durability under sustained pressure.
• Burner: 12V Beckett — runs on No. 1 or No. 2 fuel oil, diesel, or kerosene (bio-fuel not approved); 10.0-gallon burner tank at 2.45 gph consumption.
• Frame — reinforced powder-coated steel with 2.875 cu.ft. locking storage and caster brake; DOT approved with removable safety flag.

Mobile Cleaning Applications

The HMT-4004-0MGV is used by mobile pressure washing contractors, fleet washing operations, construction site cleanup crews, agricultural cleaning operations, and municipal maintenance departments that need hot water cleaning capability at job sites without fixed infrastructure. The 1000 lb trailer is towed by a standard 2-inch ball hitch and includes 8-inch tires sized for highway towing. Optional accessories include a TX-0010 adjustable trailer coupler hitch and TX-0020 high-pressure hose reel — both must be ordered at time of unit purchase.

Safety Features

A 250°F high-temperature safety limit switch prevents over-temperature operation. The DOT-approved trailer design includes a removable safety flag and meets highway towing safety standards. The ½-inch Schedule 80 pipe coil and stainless-steel inlet strainer are designed for sustained high-pressure, high-temperature operation without the coil failure risk associated with thinner-walled heating components.
