Built on the same Series II platform as the 250 and 500, the 1000 adds a reinforced aluminum chassis, a higher-capacity corona discharge array, and a heavy-duty 0–12 hour timer rated for daily commercial use. This is not a consumer-grade machine dressed up in a commercial SKU — it’s the same unit that’s been in active restoration fleets for 20+ years.

Four ceramic ozone plates operate in parallel inside the Activator 1000’s array, producing consistent output across the full treatment session.
