The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is a powerful professional-grade machine that builds upon the various performance improvements introduced on Raise3D’s flagship Pro3 Series. High-speed printing with high-performance composite materials

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series supports high-speed printing of Hyper Core high-performance composites at 200-300 mm/s and industrial composites at 100-150 mm/s, meeting users’ high standards and requirements for end-use applications and increasing both production efficiency and product quality. This support for high-performance composites enables the printed parts to be used effectively in even the most demanding end-use applications.

Higher speed and improved accuracy

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series incorporates Hyper FFF® technology for precise and reliable high-speed printing with Hyper Speed Technology, which features a high-flow rate hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm. The Pro3 HS Series can print at standard speeds of 300mm/s and is equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor in the motion controller, which improves control of the extruder movement to achieve more precise high-speed prints without losing steps. The new build plate provides uniform magnetic adhesion and reduces model deformation. The optimized shaft provides better sealing and motion stability, while the robust all-metal frame ensures smooth movement and precise positioning, resulting in high-quality prints.

Longer lasting durability

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series is designed for high-volume industrial printing applications and has been further optimized to increase its reliability. The reinforced hot end and all-metal nozzle combined with the proven all-metal frame and two-speed extruder enable production over many hours. Optimized double diaphragm couplings ensure better strength and longer service life.

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series features an automatic filament switching feature that allows for uninterrupted production. With the ability to use two larger 2.5kg filament spools, this machine can now print continuously with up to 5kg of material. The newly added RFID filament sensor identifies the filament and checks the required parameters to prevent incorrect material use. The result is greater production efficiency and less need for manual labor.
