Slide them into the brackets until fully seated, then insert the locking pins and secure with bolts, washers, and wing nuts—finger-tight is sufficient. Ensure all switches are OFF and set the temperature gauge to 400°F. Fill the reservoir with 2 gallons of clean or distilled water, then replace and snugly tighten the cap. Plug the unit into the correct circuit, turn the main power ON (green light), then turn the water pump ON (blue light). Use the speed fill switch to quickly prime the boiler—turn it OFF once the blue light goes out. When the add water light is OFF, turn the heater ON and wait for the amber light to cycle, indicating it’s up to temperature.
Safety gear is essential: always wear gloves (everything gets hot) and safety glasses (to protect from flying debris). Avoid pulling or sharply bending the high-pressure hose—it has a limited bend radius and can be damaged easily. Use the safety lock on the gun when not in use to prevent accidental discharge.
