Instructions
The ThermaSteam XL1 is an industrial steam cleaning machine available in 575V, 480V, or 220V three-phase configurations. To begin, match your machine’s 25-foot power cord with a compatible plug for your wall outlet—this example uses 480V three-phase. Ensure all switches are OFF, then remove the vent cap and use the provided funnel to fill the reservoir with approximately 7 gallons of clean water. Once full, insert the four-prong power plug into the outlet and turn the main power switch ON. A blue light and vibrating sound indicate the pump is running. When both the light and sound turn off and the white light remains off, it is safe to activate the heater switch, confirmed by an amber light. The temperature will then rise to around 365°F. The XL1 comes with a variety of attachments, including a 1.5-foot triangle brush, single-hole nozzle, brush adapter, microfiber towels, and a funnel, along with a 25-foot stainless steel steam hose. The machine has a steam flow adjustment valve on the side for controlling output. When the white “Add Water” light illuminates, it indicates the reservoir is empty and needs refilling. If ignored, the boiler will enter a low-water safety mode and automatically shut down to prevent damage.
