True Refrigeration TFP-72-30M-D-4_LH Sandwich/Salad Unit Three-section

True Mfg. – General Foodservice presents the TFP-72-30M-D-4_LH Sandwich/Salad Unit, a three-section model featuring rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration. Designed for efficiency, it includes a stainless steel insulated lid and an 8″ deep by 1/2″ thick cutting board, providing a dedicated workspace for food preparation.

This unit features (1) solid hinged door and (4) drawers. Each drawer is capable of holding (1) 12″ x 20″ x 6″D pan and either (3) 1/9 size pans or a combination of (6) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans (pans not included). Additionally, it comes with (2) PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and includes (30) 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top compartment.

The exterior construction includes stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, with an aluminum back. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor for enhanced durability and ease of cleaning. The unit is equipped with 2-1/2″ castors for mobility.

Operating on 115v/60/1-ph, the unit has a 1/3 HP compressor, draws 5.1 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. It meets safety and sanitation standards with cULus and UL EPH Classified certifications and is proudly made in the USA.
