True Refrigeration TFP-72-30M-D-4_RH Sandwich/Salad Unit Three-section

True Mfg. – General Foodservice presents the TFP-72-30M-D-4_RH Sandwich/Salad Unit, a three-section prep table featuring rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration. It includes a stainless steel insulated lid and an 8″ deep by 1/2″ thick cutting board for convenient prep work. The unit is equipped with (1) solid hinged door and (4) drawers. Each drawer is designed to hold (1) 12″ x 20″ x 6″D pan along with either (3) 1/9 size or (6) 1/6 size plus (3) 1/9 size pans (pans not included).

This unit comes with (2) PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and includes (30) 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top section. The exterior features stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, while the back is aluminum. Inside, the unit is finished with aluminum and a stainless steel floor for durability and ease of cleaning. It is built on 2-1/2″ castors for mobility.

Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, the unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph electricity, drawing 5.1 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cULus and UL EPH Classified for safety and sanitation standards. Proudly made in the USA.
