The XTreme Power HSC® 16200 is a unique, heated commercial industrial hard surface cleaner that combines Daimer’s Super Max™ 12200 propane fired, electric tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor with our 9″ motorized spinner head, resulting in a powerful and versatile indoor hard surface cleaning machine. The spinner included can be used with hot water temperatures up to 210º F. Additionally, this heated hard surface cleaner
features a rubber guard to keep water flow contained under the spinner. This combined with the extraction capabilities makes this hard surface cleaning machine ideal for tackling multiple applications, like tile and grout cleaning, marble cleaning, stone cleaning; removing and stripping wax buildup on VCT and vinyl flooring; cleaning rubber floors and other even and uneven hard surface that other hard surface cleaners cannot.

The Super Max™ 12200 tri-mode pressure washer provides high steam temperatures of up to 330º F. The blades on the 9″ spinner head rotate at 1000 rpm while firing water at surfaces at a pressure of 2000 psi with a flow rate of 4 GPM. The 9″ spinner head can also be removed from the wand and applied to walls for advanced wall cleaning in restrooms and other similar applications. Alternatively, the Super Max™ 12200 can be used as a tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme

Add an optional 19″ spinner head configuration to quickly swap out the 9″ spinner tool if you wish to clean larger surfaces for virtually any outdoor application.
