Description

The Heavy Duty Atlas® TTC305A automatic truck tire changer is engineered to service rim bore sizes ranging from 8 inches to 26 inches and tire diameters exceeding 55 inches. The fully automatic Atlas® TTC305A can handle tires with a maximum width of 30 1/2 inches. This model was developed through a collaboration between a highly respected Italian wheel service manufacturer and a leading wheel service equipment producer in Asia.

The Atlas® TTC305A features a single-speed hydraulic chuck with five (5) rim locking positions. An ergonomic toggle control panel combined with foot pedal controls enables fully automatic operation. The main control panel allows the technician to operate the automatic movement of the chuck arm, raise and lower the bead tool, and automatically position the carriage to align the bead tool with the tire. Foot pedals control the rotational direction of the chuck. The unit includes both a standard mount/demount head and a high-speed roller head that can be interchanged quickly. An emergency stop switch on the control panel immediately halts all machine functions when activated.

This automatic tire changer is ideal for high-volume operations servicing semi-truck tires, 19.5-inch tires, and forklift tires. Eliminate the need for manual tire irons and excessive physical effort—let the Atlas® TTC305A handle large and heavy assemblies beyond the capacity of standard passenger tire rim-clamp machines.
