Our Atlas Asian manufacturing partner developed this heavy-duty scissor alignment lift in collaboration with one of Italy’s most respected lift manufacturers. By combining Italian engineering and design with cost-efficient Asian manufacturing, the result is a high-performance alignment lift comparable to major brand models that often cost two to three times more.
The Atlas 12ASL 12,000 lb. scissor alignment lift provides a lifting height of over seven feet, allowing it to be either surface-mounted or recessed for flush installation (flush mounting requires the purchase of additional short ramps). A full-frame structure beneath the scissor assembly ensures maximum rigidity and stability when lifting heavier vehicles.
The unit features a separate, self-contained control panel that can be positioned for convenient operator access. The 220-volt single-phase electric/hydraulic power unit is enclosed within a protective metal control box. Push-button controls manage lift operation. The advanced air-actuated locking system automatically engages and disengages during lifting and lowering. A safety lowering limit switch stops descent when the platforms reach approximately 10 inches above ground level; the Down button must be released and pressed again to continue lowering fully.
The Atlas 12ASL includes welded rails along the inside of the runways, providing compatibility with rolling bridge jacks such as the Atlas RJ-6.
