Description
The light-duty Atlas® 9KOHX is an economically designed overhead, clear-floor 2-post lift. Its dependable chain-drive cylinders and dual safety system make it an excellent option for homeowners and small commercial shops servicing cars, SUVs, and light-duty trucks. The 9KOHX can be configured to two height settings—11′ 6″ or 11′ 10″—allowing installation in most standard garage spaces.
The Atlas® 9KOHX features symmetric columns and specially engineered arms that can be positioned in either symmetric or asymmetric configurations. This dual arm design provides an extremely low lift pad height with the EZ-metric arm setup, enabling easy placement under small cars with low lifting points as well as heavier pickup trucks. The Atlas® 9KOHX “chain over roller” lift system includes a spring-loaded Secondary Lock System (SLS) that automatically engages if a chain becomes slack or fails.
This package also includes the Atlas® Lawn Mower Adapter (LMA). The LMA enhances the versatility of the 2-post lift by allowing it to safely raise ATVs, UTVs, and lawn mowers. The adapter can be adjusted along the length of the lift arms to accommodate different wheelbases. Its lifting capacity depends on adapter positioning (greater capacity when positioned closer to the columns) and proper vehicle weight distribution.
