The Atlas® Platinum PWB90XL is equipped with Super Automatic 3D Data Entry, utilizing a single measuring gauge for offset and diameter, along with touchless sonar technology to determine rim width—eliminating the need for a traditional measuring arm. With the weight placement arm, the operator can select the most convenient location for applying weights. A built-in Laser Line then guides the user precisely back to that position after the spin cycle, minimizing human error and delivering accurate zero/zero results on the first attempt.
The Fast & Easy Split (FES) function simplifies concealing adhesive weights behind wheel spokes, while the Opposite Weight Function (OWF) allows the technician to shift the weight application position from 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock for easier access when installing adhesive weights. The PWB90XL also features OPTIMATCH software, enabling tire and wheel unbalance optimization (match mounting) to efficiently balance even the most challenging wheel assemblies.
