Description

The Atlas® 412A is a 12,000 lb. capacity four-post alignment lift built to commercial-grade standards for long-term durability and dependable service. Atlas® lifts incorporate exclusive structural and design enhancements not commonly found on competing models.

The Atlas® 412A includes both structural reinforcements and refined design features typically associated with higher-priced lifts. Each unit is tested to ensure reliable performance at its full rated capacity.

This lift utilizes a high-strength cable lifting system combined with an oversized hydraulic cylinder mounted beneath the runway. It is powered by a 220-volt (single-phase) power unit for smooth lifting and lowering. Unlike older chain-driven systems with exposed hydraulic cylinders—which can be difficult to level and may lead to vehicle door damage—the under-runway cylinder configuration improves leveling accuracy and reduces the risk of contact damage.

In addition to the heavy-duty features of the Atlas® 412 platform, the 412A includes built-in slip plates and alignment turntables. The slip plates are factory-integrated and level with the turntables. The turntables can be positioned in multiple locations along the runways to accommodate various wheelbases. Metal cover plates are included to replace the turntables when not in use, allowing the lift to function as a standard service lift beyond alignment applications.

This combo package also includes two Atlas® RJ6 rolling bridge jacks, enabling technicians to raise a vehicle’s wheels off the runways for tire, brake, and suspension service.
