Description

Description

The Atlas® SLP9K Full Rise Scissor Lift integrates an ultra-low platform profile with a 78-inch full-rise scissor lifting system. This configuration makes it an excellent above-ground solution for facilities with ceiling height limitations that still require sufficient lift height to raise pickup trucks. It is also well suited for service shops seeking to eliminate the visual clutter associated with multiple vertical lift columns.

The Atlas® SLP9K can be installed as a flush-mounted unit. When recessed into the floor, the lift provides a clean, streamlined appearance and a flat drive-over surface that allows vehicles to be positioned from virtually any angle.

The lift features an adjustable platform spacing of up to 31 inches, accommodating full-frame vehicles, unibody vehicles, SUVs, and light trucks. For lifting heavier vehicles with narrow frames—such as pickup trucks and SUVs—the Atlas® Scissor Lift Support Bar Kit is strongly recommended. With horizontal cylinder scissor lifts, it is best practice to maintain approximately 2–6 inches of clearance between the lift surface and the vehicle’s lifting points.

The separate control console can be positioned for convenient operator access. The 220-volt single-phase electric/hydraulic power unit is enclosed within the steel control panel housing. Push-button controls manage lift operation. A 10-position air-actuated locking system automatically engages and disengages during raising and lowering. A built-in safety limit switch halts descent when the platforms reach approximately 10 1/2 inches above the floor. The operator must release and press the Down button again to lower the lift fully.

Please note: If ordering an Atlas item, your delivery location must be capable of receiving a 53′ truck.
