Description

The Atlas® TC755DAA is a tilt-back, rim-clamp tire changer designed for professional tire dealers and large automotive dealerships. This configuration of the Atlas® TC755 includes the Atlas® DAA-T dual assist arm package, consisting of a left-mounted assist arm with a pressing block and pressing/lifting disk, and a right-mounted assist arm equipped with a pressing/lifting disk and bead roller. The dual assist arms are essential when servicing a high volume of stiff sidewall, low-profile, and run-flat tires, effectively acting as an extra set of hands to improve efficiency and reduce operator fatigue.

The Atlas® TC755DAA features a foot-operated tilt-back column, allowing quick and unobstructed mounting and demounting without interference from the column. The tilt-back system also incorporates a pneumatic locking mount/demount head, significantly reducing the risk of head movement during operation and preventing potential rim or tire damage. The machine includes an oversized turntable capable of clamping most 26-inch chrome rims without additional adapters.

A built-in “Beadblaster” system assists with inflating stiff sidewall or difficult-to-seat tires. The TC755DAA also features a powerful, hand-controlled bead breaker positioned on the side of the unit, engineered to break even stubborn or corroded beads without harming the rim. The turntable jaws—compatible with protective plastic covers—secure the rim firmly without surface damage. These jaws can be adjusted to three different positions along the slide to expand or reduce the clamping range, allowing compatibility with a wide variety of tire sizes.
