Description
The Atlas® TC755EZ is a tilt-back style rim clamp tire changer designed for professional tire dealers and large car dealerships. This version of the Atlas® TC755 is equipped with the E-Z right-side mounted assist arm. The E-Z arm integrates the most popular features of the traditional Dual Assist Arm package, including a pressing/lifting disk, bead roller, and pressing block.
The Atlas® TC755EZ features a foot-operated tilt-back column, allowing the operator to quickly and easily mount and dismount tires without repositioning the arm or risking contact with the column. With the tilt-back design, the TC755 also incorporates a pneumatic locking mount/demount head, significantly reducing the chance of head movement during operation and minimizing the risk of wheel or tire damage. The machine comes standard with an extra-large turntable capable of clamping most 26-inch chrome rims without requiring additional adapters.
The Atlas® TC755EZ includes a built-in “Beadblaster” system to assist with inflating stiff sidewall or other hard-to-seat tires. It also features a powerful, hand-controlled bead breaker mounted on the side of the machine, engineered to separate even stubborn or rusted beads without damaging the rim. The turntable jaws—optionally protected with plastic covers—securely hold the wheel while protecting its surface. These jaws can be adjusted to three different mounting positions along the turntable slide, expanding or reducing the clamping range to accommodate a wide variety of tire sizes.
