The Autel MaxiAlign IWA500T is a dedicated wheel alignment system built around a mobile five-camera frame and a 10.1-inch wireless tablet. It measures camber, caster, toe, and thrust angle at 0.02° accuracy, identifies the vehicle by VIN through a server-based database, loads the OE alignment specifications, and walks the technician through the procedure with on-screen prompts and real-time feedback.
Vehicle coverage spans U.S., Asian, and European models from 1975 through current production, including modern ADAS-equipped and electronic-steering platforms. The frame is bay-to-bay portable, so a single IWA500T can serve multiple lifts, and the crossbar auto-tracks the vehicle as the lift moves — the cameras stay on target without manual re-leveling.
Training note: the IWA500T includes free virtual setup and onboarding training conducted by an Autel ADAS expert. In-shop training is not included with this system.

FAQ
Is the IWA500 an ADAS calibration system?
No. The IWA500 is a dedicated wheel aligner. It performs the Steering Angle Sensor relearn and other OEM-required post-alignment tasks that modern vehicles need after an alignment, but it is not a full ADAS calibration frame. Autel’s IA-series products are the combined alignment + ADAS calibration systems.
What does the IWA500T include that the IWA500ACT does not?
Both configurations include the alignment frame, the four rim clamps with targets, and the tablet. The IWA500ACT adds a storage cabinet; the IWA500T does not. If you need on-board storage for the targets and accessories at each bay, the ACT configuration is the corresponding SKU.
Does it work with my existing alignment lift?
The IWA500 is a mobile frame designed to work alongside an alignment-capable lift or scissor lift — it does not include a lift. The crossbar auto-tracks the vehicle as the lift moves, so the frame can serve multiple bays without being bolted to one position.
How accurate is it compared to a full ADAS system?
The IWA500’s five 3D cameras measure to 0.02°, matching the per-wheel measurement accuracy of Autel’s higher-tier IA-series systems. The IA-series adds ADAS calibration capability on top of alignment; the IWA500 focuses on alignment alone.
What training is included?
