Rotary’s R1065 Mobile Tablet Aligner offers total drive wireless capability. No minimum bay size required so this system is ready to fit in your shop. Take the alignment tablet with you as you make assessments, adjustments and collect the necessary data to get the job done from anywhere in the bay.

THE ULTIMATE USAGE OF SHOP SPACE
Portable aligner cart is positioned anywhere in the bay for maximum shop convenience. Handheld tablet connects via WiFi. Bluetooth transmission between measuring heads and control unit. Always have live readings while making adjustments. The standard magnet kit is adhered to the back of the tablet allowing positioning to the cart, directly to the lift or vehicle during the measuring processes. Make assessments, adjust readings and collect vehicle data anywhere in the bay.

The handheld tablet tells the operator when to stop, and when to roll forward during the run-out process. Eliminates any guessing and adds greater shop productivity.

NEW FRONT & REAR MEASURING HEADS
State-of-the-art design for the wireless sensors. All the characteristics of both vehicle axles are measured by 4 CCD measuring heads. Each measuring head includes 2 CCD cameras.

OPTICAL ALIGNMENT UNIT
All measuring heads include a bearing on the shaft and the Right Rear includes an encoder to speed the Run Out process. The 4 measuring heads charge while stored on the cart.

UPDATED ANIMATED INSTRUCTIONS
Updated animated instructions and graphics guide the alignment process. Includes Spoiler Program for lowered vehicles – automatically activated to measure sport and tuned car bodies.
