The XTreme Power HSC® 16300 is a powerful, heated hard surface cleaner for industrial commercial use. It combines Daimer’s Super Max 12300 propane fired, electric tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor with our patented 9″ motorized spinner head, thus creating a powerful and mobile indoor hard surface cleaning machine. The spinner included can be used with hot water temperatures up to 210º F and cleans more efficiently than non-motorized
spinners. In addition this hard surface cleaner has high pressure output of 3000 psi and high flow rate of 5 GPM.

The XTreme Power® HSC 16300 is ideal for limitless indoor applications including: tile and grout cleaning, marble cleaning, stone cleaning; removing and stripping wax buildup on VCT and vinyl flooring; cleaning rubber floors and other even and uneven hard surfaces. Restaurants, food service facilities, and others can help remove the residue and buildup that can create nuisance insects and rodents, the appearance of which can lead to Health Department warnings, demerits, fines, and worse.
The Xtreme Power® 16300 can easily remove tile and grout cleaning, marble cleaning, stone cleaning; removing and stripping wax buildup on VCT and vinyl flooring; cleaning rubber floors and other even and uneven hard surface that other hard surface cleaners cannot. The XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor provides vigorous extraction capabilities with a dumping capacity of 30 GPM. And the Super Max 12300 provides tri-mode pressure washing with ability to reach steam temperatures of
330ºF. Both the Super Max 12300 tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor can be used independently, making the XTreme Power® HSC 16300 a unique, versatile hard surface cleaning machine solution
